1. Sponsor
The Founder Recognition Award (“Promotion”) is sponsored by:

2. Promotion Description
The Founder Recognition Award is a monthly promotional sweepstakes designed to recognize individuals demonstrating strong motivation, character, and alignment with entrepreneurial values.
Each month, eligible participants may submit an entry explaining why they believe they are deserving of the Founder Recognition Award. One (1) recipient may be selected to receive complimentary access to Sponsor’s educational program with an approximate retail value of up to USD $10,000. Additional non-cash consolation benefits may be offered at Sponsor’s discretion.
This Promotion is
not a lottery and does
not require any form of payment, purchase, or financial consideration to enter or win.
3. Eligibility
Open to individuals who are
at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.Participation is subject to all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
4. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)To enter the Promotion, participants must: Attend a Sponsor-hosted webinar or event where the Promotion is presented; and
Submit the requested entry information using the form above, which may include:
- Name
- Country of residence
- Background information
- A written response describing why the participant believes they are deserving of the Founder Recognition Award
No payment, purchase, or financial commitment is required to submit an entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person per month unless otherwise stated.
5. Selection Process
Entries may be reviewed using a combination of
manual review and automated tools to assist in narrowing the pool of submissions.
All final selections are made
by Sponsor, based on subjective criteria such as motivation, effort, alignment with values, and overall merit. Selection is
not random and is
not based on chance alone.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
6. Prize Details
One (1) selected recipient may receive complimentary access to Sponsor’s educational program with an approximate retail value of up to
USD $10,000.
Prize has
no cash value, is
non-transferable, and may not be substituted.
Additional non-cash consolation benefits may be offered to non-selected participants at Sponsor’s discretion. Such benefits are not guaranteed.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or lesser value if necessary.
7. Odds of Selection
Odds of receiving the Founder Recognition Award depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry period.
8. TaxesRecipients are solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with receipt or use of the prize, if any.
9. Publicity Release
By accepting a prize, recipients grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, testimonial, and/or submitted content for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims, damages, or liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical errors of any kind.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason.Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms & Conditions.Sponsor’s interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final.
12. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
13. Governing LawThis Promotion and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
